Introduction

Haleon Team Building Experience was successfully held from 12–14 November 2025, bringing together Haleon team members in a structured three-day programme. The programme focused on teamwork, leadership, social responsibility, and personal well-being.

The experience followed a holistic approach. It combined ice breaking activities, management games, community engagement, and wellness elements. As a result, participants strengthened collaboration and developed a shared sense of purpose across teams.

The Haleon Team Building Experience ran over three days at The Orchard Spa & Resort, Melaka. A total of 28 participants joined the programme and worked in four teams. The programme aimed to strengthen team cohesion, build leadership capabilities, and support employee well-being.

Day 1 – Ice Breaking & Team Alignment

Team Building Experience: Day One Activities

Firstly, the programme began with ice breaking sessions and group forming activities. These sessions helped participants build trust and interact across departments.

Next, teams took part in light outdoor management games. The activities focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and situational leadership. Participants learned how to collaborate in a relaxed yet purposeful environment.

Finally, the day ended with a Welcome Dinner (BBQ by the pool). This informal setting allowed participants to bond through conversation and shared experiences.

Day 2 – CSR Engagement & Explorace

Team Building Experience Through Community & Challenge

In the morning, the Haleon Team Building Experience continued with a CSR programme at Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Payung, Alor Gajah. Participants interacted with the local community, organised children’s activities, and distributed gifts.

Through this experience, participants developed empathy and social awareness. Moreover, the CSR session reinforced the importance of shared responsibility.

In the afternoon, the programme moved into Explorace Management Games. Haleon facilitated the session and divided participants into four teams. Each team faced challenges that tested leadership, communication, strategy, and decision-making under pressure.

Day 3 – Sunrise Wellness Walk & Reflection

Team Building Experience Focused on Well-being

On the final day, participants joined a one-hour sunrise wellness walk. This session encouraged reflection, mindfulness, and mental clarity.

Meanwhile, participants reflected on lessons learned throughout the programme. The calm morning environment supported balance between performance and personal well-being before departure.
